Supporting service · Turquality and incentives
Incentives are not the goal. They accelerate your strategy.
Matching the right strategy with the right incentive can significantly reduce the cost and time of expanding into Europe. We identify the support you are eligible for, prepare your company and plan the process from start to finish.
Who this is for
Where this service makes the difference
Companies preparing to enter the Turquality or Brand programme
Companies planning an office, promotion, trade fairs or market research in the Netherlands and the EU
Companies considering the acquisition of a company or brand abroad
We bring hands-on experience with Turquality, organisational development and incentive processes in pharmaceuticals, chemicals and industrial manufacturing.
What we typically hear
Does this sound familiar?
We don't know which incentives we qualify for.
There are more than twenty export support schemes; most companies use only a handful.
We spent the money, then found out it wasn't eligible.
Incentives often require prior application, the right documentation and the right timing. The plan has to come before the spend.
We want to join Turquality, but we're not sure we're ready.
The programme looks beyond the product to organisational maturity: strategy, organisation, processes and brand management.
What we do
Preparation for the Turquality and Brand programmes
- Organisational maturity assessment: strategy, organisation, processes, brand and marketing
- Gap analysis against programme expectations, with a development roadmap
- Raising the management model and processes to the top level of the maturity model
- Application preparation, and delivery of the roadmap after admission
Brand and export strategy
- Competitor and market research, demand and customer profile analysis in target markets
- Brand positioning in domestic and international markets
- Export and business development strategy for target markets
- Guidance on legal and regulatory aspects of exporting
Incentive management
We identify the schemes that fit your objectives and plan the application, spending and documentation timeline. The Ministry of Trade schemes most often used by companies expanding into Europe:
- Overseas market research and market entry report support
- Market entry certification support
- Overseas office rental and overseas promotion support
- Overseas trademark registration support
- Overseas and domestic trade fair support
- Support for acquiring foreign companies and brands (Şirket ve Marka Alım Desteği)
- Green Deal alignment project support (Responsible® programme)
- Brand and TURQUALITY® support
Support rates and caps are updated regularly by the Ministry of Trade; every project is based on the current regulations.

Frequently asked questions
Your questions, answered
What is Turquality?
Turquality is the Turkish Ministry of Trade's programme to help Turkish brands become strong international brands. It has two levels, the Brand programme and the TURQUALITY® programme. Costs such as promotion, overseas units, consultancy and organisational infrastructure are supported within set rates and limits.
Do you provide the incentives?
No. Incentives are granted through the Ministry of Trade and the exporters' associations. We identify the right schemes, prepare your company, and plan and manage the process on your behalf.
Is an office or promotional activity in the Netherlands eligible?
Overseas office rental and overseas promotion support can cover such costs when the conditions are met. We assess eligibility together, based on your company and activities.
