Your questions, answered
Do participants need technical knowledge?
No. The workshop is designed for managers and business units. Involving your technical team does, however, speed up implementation.
Is our company data safe?
In the workshop we work with anonymised or sample data. If real data is needed at the prototype stage, we first put confidentiality and data processing agreements in place and set up a GDPR-compliant framework.
How large are the training groups?
We agree group size based on the objective of the training, from small groups for the leadership team to programmes with broad participation.
Is there support after the training?
Yes, on request. In follow-up sessions a few weeks after the training, we address questions that come up in practice and help turn what was learned into working habits.
