Mastering Time Management: 10 Methods to Prioritize Strategies and Actions

Time management is the key to success in today's fast-paced business world. It is even more critical for companies engaged in strategy and project management. Here are 10 methods to increase productivity and use time more effectively:

1. Pomodoro Technique

This technique involves working in specific intervals and taking breaks. Work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After four cycles, take a 15-30 minute break. This increases focus and productivity.
