2. Mindfulness Workshops
With a Mindfulness Workshop designed specifically for your company, we embark on a journey where we experience Mindfulness. Through the workshop, breath exercises, yoga, meditation, and special practices tailored to your company's needs will be experienced together and as a team, in a practical manner.
3. Mindfulness Journey
(8 weeks)
The "Mindfulness" journey, starting with steps 1 and 2, will be adopted and encouraged to be practiced through sessions and reminder support methods that continue weekly for 8 weeks. Many concepts on mindfulness and awareness will be thoroughly examined and practiced with applications. Employees will be coached for 8 weeks, during which their gains and experiences will be shared. Applications specifically tailored to the business world and your company will be presented. Due to the spread over 8 weeks, the experiences gained by the participants on the practices will be discussed in the following weeks, thereby solidifying positive habits effectively.
